I’m writing this in English in order to be able to distribute it on the interweb 
A few weeks ago I bought the software 1Password on the Mac App Store on my home computer (which is running Mac OS Lion). I also wanted to use it on my computer at work, but I can not upgrade that one to Lion because of the slow graphics card. When I tried downloading 1Password on the App Store on Snow Leopard, I just got the message that I’d have to upgrade to Lion. Therefore, to use it either way, I downloaded it from the AgileBits‘ Website. After 30 days it asked me for a license, but i never got one because originally I bought it on the App Store where you don’t get explicit License Keys.
Therefore I contacted the support of 1Password today, I explained my situation and if there exists any possibility to use 1Password also on Snow Leopard without having to purchase another license. Within very short time they responded that I only had to show them my receipt to prove that I really purchased it in the Mac App Store and then they would create me a license for free. When I arrived at home, I immediately uploaded the receipt, and very soon I had my license to use 1Password also on Snow Leopard, without any extra charges.
That’s what I call a great service, and I mean that in terms of response-speed and quality of service.
